Job Description
Looking for female candidates for Human Resource Management & Overall Admin related work of an IT Consulting Company based for its India Operations where it is being launched now. Candidate should be having a pleasing personality with serious team management ability & smartness. It's a full-time work but can be worked from Home using Own ERP and other tools.
- Handling Employees in office and other places, cities who are working from home or other offices.
- Take daily work reports from the team through ERP and calculate & record their working hours, attendance, and project's progress reports and delivery projections and reminders for delivery etc.
- Prepare MIS.
- Communicate with other departments and group companies.
- Come to the office for meetings and interviews.
