We require keen and dedicated Telecallers (2 Nos)
Candidates from domestic BPOs will be preferred. This is a day shift 10.00am to 6.30 pm job with no rotational shifts!
Candidates from other industries having an experience of telecalling are also welcome.
All calls are inbound enquiries and there is NO outbound Sales calls

Role:

Explain the product or service to potential customers
Adjust pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
Provide pricing details
Handle customer questions
Obtain customer information including names and addresses
Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
Receive inquiry over the telephone
Input inquiry details into the computer system
Record customer details and details of transaction
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Conduct customer and marketing surveys
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
