Job Description
Calling up Target Client i.e. School Heads, Principals, School Coordinator, Teachers and introducing & explaining the product(s) and services
Making outbound and inbound calls for attending the client’s queries
Follow up with incoming leads.
Listen attentively to customer/client need.
Fixing Appointments for Sales Team, pitching, explaining services, sending proposals, keeping track of all leads,
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Proactively follow up leads generated
Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
Candidate Profile
Excellent communication & convincing skill.
• 0-5 years of experience in Tele Sales/ Customer Care function
• Good at Computers, ability to work and make notes on Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized way.
• Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.
• Excellent conversational and customer service.
