Job Description
- Will be responsible for making calls on a daily basis on the given leads
- Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
- Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
- Fix appointments for counselings
- The candidate will be responsible to increase the footfall in the office from the calls made.
- Making effective calls with minimum number of connects.
- Answering incoming calls effectively
- Preparing and submitting daily, weekly and monthly report
- Effectively achieving targets.
- Should be fluent in English & Hindi
- Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.
- Should be a team player.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Proficiency in relevant computer operation.(MS Word, Excel, Customised software)
