JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • To Meet sales Goals, Negotiation, selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge. 
• To Attend Walk ins to the office and counsel for overseas Opportunities.
• To Keep record of client data. 
• To Listen to the customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale, Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. • To arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business, Responding to incoming email and phone enquires. 
• To act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• To gather market and customer information. 
• To creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer. 
• To gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements. 
• To attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues . 
• To provide regular follow-up on inquiries received.
• To interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable. 
• To Handle the entire sales development life cycle.
• To achieve given targets achieves financial objectives. 
• To Counsel for permanent residency for various countries. 
• To Maintain the database for the clients interested in immigration. 
• To prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities. 
• To explain to the Clients about various visa process, helping the clients to understand immigration procedure for various countries, company offer. 
• To Maintain the database for the clients interested in immigration. 
• To Work with and for the team. 
• To Generate the business by converting leads.
• To complete the given daily task averages and target.
• To handle the clients and manage their visa process
• To resolve the queries of clients on the call and mail 
• To perform daily tasks and duties assigned by senior authorities 
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities 
• Maintain knowledge of all services offered by the company 
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers
