Job Description
We are looking for a fresher preferably MBA/BBA. They will be responsible for generating sales within the assigned territory on focus projects.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to senior management
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
To succeed in this role, one should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
Requirements:-
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Teamwork and leadership skills
Customer-oriented mindset
BBA/MBA Preferred or similar field
Building positive relationships with customers
Assisting in generating new business
Identifying opportunities for greater profits
Responsibilities:-
Understand customer needs and develop plans to them
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Gain a solid knowledge of competitors.
