Job Summary:

• We (b2s solutions) are online Imported and Indian Cosmetic retailer. 
• Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Marketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
•  You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy Cosmetic Products.
  
• A successful tele marketer must be friendly, open to discuss, ready to share ideas to grow sales and persuasive. 
• The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
  
• The goal is to promote sales and business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cold Call to people using a given phone directory to sell cosmetic products
  
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  
• Use data to provide information about products’ features, prices, benefits, etc...
  
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately and submit to management by end of the day.
  
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  
• Go to the extra mile to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and facilitate future sales.
  
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  
• Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
  
• Proficient in Telugu, Hindi and English
  
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  
• Persistent and results-oriented.
  
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  
• High School Graduate, B.tech is plus
  
• With minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing
  
• Job Type: Full-Time

• Languages: Telugu, Hindi and English
  
• Salary: 10k to 15k per month based on skills
