Job Description
Telemarketer Job Duties:
- Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Cold Call to people using a given phone directory to sell cosmetic products
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Use data to provide information about products’ features, prices, benefits, etc...
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately and submit to management by end of the day.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go to the extra mile to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
- Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
- Proficient in Telugu, Hindi and English
- Job Type: Full-Time

- Salary: 8k to 15k per month based on skills
