Job Description
Responsibilities-
- Review market trends and preferences.
- Lead conversion.
- Payment follow- up.
- Maintain the relationship with clients.
- Solve the queries to team members.
- Evaluate the performance and responsible for achieving the sales goal.
- Customer relationship management.
- Identify business opportunities and analyzing sales options.
- Assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Senior Manager.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, follow- up information, guidance and recommendation.
- Generate Revenue.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Command over English speaking and decent Hindi.(Other Languages welcome)
- Excellent at Client handling and servicing
- Telephone Manners & Etiquettes
- Knowledge of Financial Market is an added advantage
- Highly performance oriented/ target oriented.
- Confident, honest and pleasing sales manners.
