Establish contact with clients via telephone calls. Identifying, Understanding and Evaluating customer needs. Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Maintaining and developing long term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Actively seek out customers in store Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

Reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis to the concerned supervisor via CRM software.

Having Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Proficiencies.
Must be ready to work in a highly competent and target oriented ambiance.
Should be growth oriented and self analyzing.
Should possess excellent convincing power and presentation skills.
Knowledge of IT Industry/software/IT services is plus.
