Job Description
TELESALES EXECUTIVE:
- Make calls for business development
- Lead generation and acquiring new clients through networking, database and references
- Connect, follow-up and fix up the meetings on the leads assigned to generate client acquisition
- Explaining products and services thoroughly
- End to end customer relationship management and establish regular follow-up and coordination
- Achieve the assigned targets for client acquisition
- Resolving queries, issues and doubts of the clients
- Maintaining MIS report of the calling data and tracker of the leads generated
