Requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Good experience in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
· Administrative, Logistics, Sales or Marketing background will be an advantage
· Self-discipline in time management and completing tasks on time
· Good learning attitude and independent worker
Responsibilities
· Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
· Logistics management at warehouse and support co-workers
· Coordinate manpower and manage inventory
· Prepare Quotations for Customers
· Manage Customer's email queries and attend calls
· Handle internal Software like live chat, admin panel, database, invoice system etc. (Training will be provided)
· Coordinate and arrange appointments with clients and vendors
