We are offering an opportunity for an experienced telemarketing/ telesales executive to build upon
their experience gained in call centres to help us develop a new venture, in a more collaborative,

Responsibilities and Duties
Research and contact prospective clients
Qualify leads and arranges suitable appointments for the Business Development Managers
Convert leads to sales
Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for
direct mailing activities.
Log all calls and monitor success rates
Produce regular reports on activity levels
Follow-up specific marketing campaigns
Work with field sales to support them in achieving & sales objectives
Present & in an accurate and positive manner on the phone
Send out company information to potential accounts when necessary
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 12 months experience in an outbound telesales role
The ability to demonstrate the capability to hit and exceed targets
Intelligent and quick-witted, able to rapidly assimilate new products and services
Fluent English
Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills
Professional phone manner with a consultative approach and tone of voice
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹6,000.00 to ₹12,000.00 /month
