Job Summary
We are hiring for Customer
Care Executive for Technical
Assistance to be provided to our International Clients.
Job Details:
- Handling all incoming call and solving technical related issues
- Being prompt to the customers’ requests.
- Offering assistance to customers remotely.
- Suggesting appropriate software update for the betterment of the customer.
Shift Details:
- Monday to Saturday working.
- Sunday fixed off.
- Timing - 9 PM to 6 AM(NIGHT), 1PM- 10 PM(DAY FULL) AND 1PM- 7AM(PART TIME)
