Job Responsibilities
- Call Centre Executive is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
- Call Centre Executive needs to key in the details of the conversation he/ she has with the client.
- This is captured for future reference.
- Call Centre Executive is required to take down the requests received for activation/ deactivation of any service from the clients and forward the same to the team handling this activity
- Call Centre Executive needs to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.
- Call Centre Executive is required to escalate certain customer issues to their supervisors.
- Usually the issues which cannot be handled at his level are escalated further.
- Call Centre Executive needs to stay updated with the information about the company's products and services at all times.
- Call Centre Executive is required to have knowledge about the latest schemes and offers launched by the company.
- Call Centre Executive is required to deal patiently with the customers.
- Even if a customer is angry or irate the call centre executive should speak politely with him.
- Call Centre Executive needs to coordinate with other departments for resolving customers complaints and fulfilling their requests.
- Call Centre Executive may be required to give proactive information related to any newly launched products and services of the company to the clients.
