Job Description for Telecaller/Sales Executive
· Required fresher or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.
· Responsible for securing new customers.
· Strategic approach to retention & customer service
· Share information about our projects and services by following sales scripts
· Researching prospects and generating leads. (by add posting)
· Outbound calling or customer services experience.
· Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)
· Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.

have a basic operating knowledge of Computer
· Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate
