- Managing Post-Sales experience & Service Quality .
- Involves understanding member requirements, developing his profile, & searching accordingly for suitable matches.
- Jointly prospecting & short-listing matches for the member (basis schedule)
- Representing the member & connecting with desirable prospects
- Facilitating meetings with only consented & relevant matches for the member.
- Involves counseling the member & ensuring timely achievement of all milestones
- Passionate and self drivenStrong integrity and work ethics
- Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to organizeProblem-solving, (innovation skills and creativity are a -desired)
- Should be familiar with effective objection handling
- Fluency with general desktop productivity software
- Fluency in Regional language
- Desired typing speed above 30 words per minute
