Job Description

Processing Purchase orders received from customers with checking all commercial terms & condition as per the guidelines provided by company.
As a sales coordinator, have responsibility from the receipt of PO execution at the various stages till the delivery of the equipments to customer end. In this regard maintaining necessary paperwork, documentation, sales proposals, customer correspondence, Customer Master Data updating.
Development of Powerpoint Sales Ppt
Cold calling to known Clients from Database and Telephone Support
Coordinating with the customer for documents required for execution of customer order like Advance payment, such as Sales agreement, SEZ documents, Tender documents (if order of gov. sector) road permit, C FORM & Excise related formalities wherever applicable.
Attaining customer queries and ensuring proper feedback by coordinating with various stake holding departments.
Working with other internal department/teams to resolve customer queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.
Managing and coordinating with a team of sales engineers, Provide them backend support in turn increases the business volume of the organization.
Coordinating with Vendors, Distributor for related sales order.
Preparation of daily, weekly & quarterly Performance Status Reports of engineers & others sales related team members to Senior Management and other stake-holders for analysis for which extensively using MS-Office, Exchange, ERP.
Following up for monthly forecast of sales with all sales personnel from every region & submitted to management team.
Maintaining data to avoid duplication, tracking all closed order status & pull out various reports from them & submitting to related stake holding departments.
Coordinating for sales return of equipment activity going and returning from job site up to company.
Provide prompt notification to customer, salespeople, technicians, logistic and finance dept with all authorized approval.
Acquiring Sales projection and coordinating with Estimation dept.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
