Brief Job Description :

• Should be able to multi-task during handling a transaction and dealing with a client related to banking and loan products
  
• Should be available to work in a US based shifts.
  
• Will be responsible for attaining daily, weeklyand monthly Product Targets
  
• Ability to profile clients and engage them forming enhanced customer relations by providingbest suitable loan options
  
• Should have a short learning curve coupled with a passion for Banking and Loan Products Ability to understand/comprehend the client’s requirements and respond tactically
  
• Emphasizing on banking key words and jargons, handling objections and using product/servicebenefits to respond to customer’s queries
  
• Should be able to profile and engage customers to create strong foundations and impartcompany’s principles
  
• Accurately capturing required customer details in CRM tool
  
• Will require to address, engage and profile various types of clients where necessary in tatactical manner imparting Loan product features and benefits
  
• Meet Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines and Policies
  
• Requires maintaining 100% Product Compliance as per stipulated guidelines
  
• Real time adherence and ad-hoc implementation of Loan product training basis of ServiceLevel Agreements.
