Job Description
- Management of client and investors queries in relation with Mutual fund transactions such updating of portfolio for the funds managed.
- Handling Financial Services such as Mutual Fund and Handle queries of investors related to it.
- Familiarity with standard capital market concepts, procedures and regulatory framework.
- Knowledge of Indian Mutual Fund industry and market place.
- Analyzing each and every client investment capacity and giving them the best investment alternative in Mutual Fund.
- Input order details into the computer system
- Record customer details and details of transaction
- Answer calls of potential customers regarding Mutual Fund.
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
