- Female candidate
- Fluent in English, Hindi and possibly Malayalam
- Will be part of postpaid retention team
- Tele calling existing customer base
- Contacting the key person of the account on a periodical basis
- Disseminating important information and updates
- Upselling of various postpaid plans and devices
- Complaint resolution
- Networking with the back end team and SME Sales Partner Resource
- Ensuring no churn of the allotted customer base
- Working time to be as per Dubai timing
