Telesales Executive
Job Description
- Generate leads to increase sales through making cold calls and follow-up calls for all their ongoing and upcoming projects in addition to calling for specified.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities With new customers.
- Achieving targets through acquisition of new clients & growing business with existing customers.
- Pre & Post sales follow up calls.
- Write emails professionally to share company profile or any information to the prospective client.
- Being the communicator bridge between the Prospective Client & Business Development Team, ensure meeting details accuracy.
- Maintain all provided database in Excel Sheets or equivalent software in excellent and recoverable manner.
- Making MIS for daily activities, customer calling details& collection etc.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting to Manager
- Confidentiality of Pre & Post Sales Customers Data.
- Achievement of Monthly and yearly target.
