- PROFILE: Fundraising Executive Telefacing
- EXPERIENCE:1-3 Years
- QUALIFICATION: HSC/Graduation/MBA/PGDM
- The role of a Fundraiser is to raise awareness about WWF-INDIA Campaigns to people over the phone and at their homes and inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters of WWF-INDIA.
- Develop an understanding of WWF-INDIA campaigns.
- Make presentations on calls and explain WWF-INDIA campaigns to members of the public in a clear and interesting way.
- To call our existing donors by signing paid supporters for WWF-INDIA.

- On the job training
- Training is provided to all new fundraisers, WWF-INDIA Campaigns as also techniques in talking to people on phone and convincing them to become supporters.
- WWF-INDIA does not solicit or accept funding from governments, corporations or political parties to ensure that we do not compromise our independence, objectives or integrity while we take environmental wrongdoers to the task.
- We solely rely on the voluntary donations of individual supporters which our Fundraisers help bring.
- We accept applications from people from a variety of backgrounds.
- A passion for working for the environment is always encouraged in addition to some experience in direct selling for any industry. Candidates must also have:
- Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people.
- Keen desire to learn on the job and WWF-INDIA Campaigns.
- Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-INDIA.
- Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback.
- Target:5 times of your monthly salary.
- Fundraisers join us at Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month + Travel Allowances + Incentives.
- After six months, based on successful performance you are eligible for half yearly increment.
- We also have recognition and reward schemes throughout the year
