 Job Summary

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  
•  Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
  
•  Influence customers to buy or retain product or services
  
•   Answer questions about products of our company
  
•   Assist the Client during the Decision Making Process
  
•   Asking questions to understand the customer requirements for real estate
  
•  Generating Lead and direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  
•   Enter and update customer information in the database
  
•   Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  
•  Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  
•  Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  
•  Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  
•   Handling email communication for ensuring smooth customer service
  
•   Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  
•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
