Job Summary
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
- Influence customers to buy or retain product or services
- Answer questions about products of our company
- Assist the Client during the Decision Making Process
- Asking questions to understand the customer requirements for real estate
- Generating Lead and direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Handling email communication for ensuring smooth customer service
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- · Closely Follow-up till the Conclusion of the Deal
