Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound & inbound calls.
- Generation of leads.
- Direct sales.
- Processing the orders finalized.
- Doing follow-ups with the customers.
- Follow ups of payments.
- Sending quotations on mail and replying to all sales queries.
- Contacting with the potential customer and converting.
- Generation of leads and also closing order if required.
