Job Description
- Each Area sales shall be allotted a specific/given territory.
- She/he has to make maximum number of agencies in the
allotted premises/location.
- ASM shall be responsible to make the
agencies active throughout the year.
- Maintain good repo with the existing
agencies and coordinate with them in every possible ways and means to got
maximum business from them
- ASM should motivate and enhance the
number of Advertisement and Users created by the Agency.
- Maintenance of proper code of conduct
and Discipline in the Office Premises.
- Follow the rules and Regulations laid
down by the Company.
- Accept and fulfill the targets
prescribed by the company.
- Provide timely updates, policies,
schemes, guidance and counseling to the agencies
- Look after allocations of all the
Manual products of marketing to its agencies .e.g. Brochures, leaflets,
Pamphlets etc.
- Maintain track records of all the
agencies formed by oneself, Advertisement, client requirement etc.
- Updating the Immediate reporting
head of all the work done, problems and achievement on daily, weekly and
monthly basis.
- Generating leads and converting them
into Agencies.
- Prior Submission of action plan of coming week to the Regional Head.
