Job Description
We are hiring Telecaller/CCE for Noida location.
- Designation: Customer Acquisition Officer
- Experience: 0 – 2 years
- Location: Noida
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Working Days: 6 Days in a week i.e. Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9 hours
- Number Of Positions: 10
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English
- Candidate should be Confident, extrovert, spontaneous in nature and should have good convencing power, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Good Comprehension Skills- Ability to clearly understand and address customer issue appropriately
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast- paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- To provide information about product and services to the customers by telecalling
- To manage inbound and outbound calling
- To resolve the customer complaints
- Answer the calls professionally to provide information
- Keep records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries, complaints and as well as the actions taken
- To maintain relationship between customers and service provider.
