We are hiring Telecaller/CCE for Noida location.

Designation: Customer Acquisition Officer
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Location: Noida
Qualification: Any graduate
Working Days: 6 Days in a week i.e. Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9 hours
Number Of Positions: 10

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English
Candidate should be Confident, extrovert, spontaneous in nature and should have good convencing power, and leadership qualities.
Ability to communicate clearly
Good Comprehension Skills- Ability to clearly understand and address customer issue appropriately
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast- paced environment.

Responsibilities:

To provide information about product and services to the customers by telecalling
To manage inbound and outbound calling
To resolve the customer complaints
Answer the calls professionally to provide information
Keep records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries, complaints and as well as the actions taken
To maintain relationship between customers and service provider.
