Job Description

Approaching existing and prospective customers, to present, promote and sell using valid arguments
Working with existing customers to find out how they can benefit from new solutions, creating offers by establishing their needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintaining positive business relationships
Achieving assigned sales targets and outcomes within established timelines
Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring our customers’ privacy as per GDPR regulations.

Experience

Basic knowledge of MS O office
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (inc. fluency in Maltese & English language)
Time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Proven work experience in a telesales environment is considered as an asset
