Job Description
- Approaching existing and prospective customers, to present, promote and sell using valid arguments
- Working with existing customers to find out how they can benefit from new solutions, creating offers by establishing their needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintaining positive business relationships
- Achieving assigned sales targets and outcomes within established timelines
- Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring our customers’ privacy as per GDPR regulations.
- Basic knowledge of MS O office
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (inc. fluency in Maltese & English language)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Proven work experience in a telesales environment is considered as an asset
