Job Description
Telemarketer Job Duties:
- Identifies prospects by using internal database we have within the company
- Also leverage internet to identify prospects
- Calls prospective customers and gather leads.
- Keep a list of customers called and followed up so far
- Help customers understand the product by answering basic questions over phone
- Engage sales team after the sale is confirmed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection, Professionalism, Product Knowledge
- Looking for female candidates only. Experience is an added advantage however freshers also welcome. Please note - need the person to be fluent in Hindi, Marathi & English.
