Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. Candidate should have Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role and Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Maintain & Update Marketing Reports On A Regular Basis & Route It Into Corporate.
· Marketing Awareness of software.
· Internet surfing, Tele-calling.
· Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
· Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what they're marketing application is.
