Job Description

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Direct customers to online resources and help them understand the product

- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions

- Pitch ideas for improving customer care

- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions

- Attend weekly staff meetings

- Develop a rapport with customers

- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience

- Conduct online screen shared demo of the product if requested by the customer

- Coordinate visits of customers to office or project site.
