Job Summary

As a Telesales Representative, we expect you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with professionalism. You must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone as well as in person too. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new walk-ins and developing business.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for 1st level of cold calling
• Contacting potential or existing students to inform them regarding our services using scripts
• Following up with workshop/Events data, closing sales by understanding student requirements
• Generating walk-ins, post counseling session turning walk-ins into admissions by regular follow-ups
• Explaining students and parents regarding the benefits of the services
• Maintaining consolidated sheets of the enquiries handling including hardcopies
• Responsible for closing sales over the phone by maintaining good customer relationships.
• Handling student’s pre registration and sorting out their queries with the right information by coordinating with the admissions team if required.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales and facilitate future sales

• Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets assigned.
• Responsible for complete hand holding of the student till registration

• Taking care of the entire student process right from enquiry call to registration closure

Additional Responsibilities

• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Supporting marketing team in workshops / Events / Seminars and help desk activities at colleges/schools on ground when required.
• Take regular interest and contribute to activities processing internally in various departments, that can help you in improving your multi tasking skills

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A good education background throughout academics.
• Preferably an MBA with Human Resource and Marketing or Psychology / Education background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills and computing skills in key software – including MS Office.
• Excellent verbal skills in Telugu, English; Additional knowledge of Hindi preferable
