- Smart and good at communication.
- Convincing skills.Good at English,Hindi Marathi.
- Any graduate.Minimum 3- 6 months experience in telle calling.
- explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits
- promoting the products
- customer follow-up
- feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
- Maintain register for the same.
- File the requisition of staff for the use of telephones.
- Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
