Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Candidate will be responsible for sales cycle.
- Call on all In-bound inquiries and try to convert them into actual sales.
- Will send emails with offers, rate list, project layouts etc. to the customers and will follow up on those emails.
- Will work under strict targets for sales Real estate experience will be an added advantage
- Will have to work on very aggressive sales targets and in-turn achieve sales numbers and targets.
- Calling leads and closing leads.
- Candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end sales cycle of a real estate project.
- Should have very good negotiation, analytical, convincing and influential skills.
