Job Description
About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
2. Work on answering incoming calls from prospective customers
3. Work on using scripts to provide information about the product's features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
4. Work on asking pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
5. Work on persuading the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
6. Work on recording the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
7. Work on dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
8. Work on going the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Work on keeping records of calls and sales and record useful information

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per sales).
