Responsible for take care of bidding/tendering procedure, Register to the company in different Govt. Websites, PSU and Defense portals for upcoming tender opportunities through team.
- Searching of upcoming / new tenders through online / offline mode such as e-procurement and e-tendering portal, and the leading Newspapers, Web sites & various other sources for the company as per criteria given by upper management.
- All computer knowledge (Word, Excel & Web knowledge) Prepare bidding documents.
- Managing Bids/RFPRFI responses. Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial)
- Tenders scouting and bid preparation and maintaining the records of all tenders.
- Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the Online Platform.
- Coordinate with various departments for the submission of necessary supporting documents, technical datasheets, test reports and certificates required for submitting technical bid.
- Review complete enquiry and ensure compliance to all technical and contractual sections.
- Management of all aspects of the bid process to ensure deadlines is met.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bid ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard answering the Customer’s needs.
- Submitting documents for getting new registration as approved vendor.
- Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement and compliance sheets.
- Follow-up with the production & service dept. about the material dispatch & services
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Minimum 1 years – 3 years experience in tendering department
- To prepare tender documentation
- To arrange and maintain documents.
- Responsible for Proper submission of Tenders Knowledge of Preparation of Tenders & Procedures and submission of Tenders Must have good communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to explain and present company’s Multi products.
- (Import Export Tender) Introduction of organisation’s products in tendering process
- Self-motivated with flair for sales & business development.
- Handling complete business cycle of sales though Tendering process for Multi products.
