• Roles and Responsibilities
• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
• To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry data etc., which are needed for submission;
• To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
• Keep a track of new tenders issued
• Should be responsible to handle ONLINE and OFFLINE tenders published on E-procurement & E-Tender Portal and other Govt./Semi Govt. institutes like Power Utilities, Railways, Govt. Projects, Central / State Govt., Projects etc.
• Keeping Track and monitoring various online tender portals.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience. Familiar with E-tender Portals for Tender Downloading and submission of Tenders. Tender Search in Websites / News Papers.
• Familiar with preparation High value of techno-commercial Project bids
• Handling and on-time submission of Online / Offline Tenders of various Govt. / Semi Govt., Railways, State / Central Govt. Portals, IREPS, Tender Wizard, SAP SRM & Arabia, E-procurement & E-Tender Portal etc., TCSIL.
• Extensive knowledge of Micro-Soft Office Applications.
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Proficient in Drafting of Letter in English & writing of Emails.
• Preparing & Maintaining various MIS & Preparing Snapshot of Tenders.
• Making Request Letter (BG, Extension of Tenders, Relevant Queries).
• Assistance to seniors for Tender Preparation & Submission of High Value Project Bids.
• Replying to Client Queries & Tender Enquiry as per Technical Specifications of Tenders.
• Taking Quotation from Vendors. (Selected Tenders)
• Vetting Contracting agreements and JV Agreement
• Vetting of Bank Guarantee formats and Dealing with Banks for preparation of Bank Guarantees
• Bringing Bank Guarantees from concerned Banks.
• General correspondence, Preparing and Maintaining of MIS Report
