Job Description
· Handling team of 24 RSSM
· Handling team of 7 Distributors
· Daily tracking on Perfect Day, EFOS and Perfect Assortment
· Focus on future core packs as well as launching
· Relationship building with all the parties as well as retailers.
· Focusing to Add more and more Retailers for execution
· Ensure to achieve the Channel Outlets targets, Vijeta targets as well as Fancy Stores targets
· Plan promotional activities for channel partners Track channel specific schemes
· Ensuring availability of all the products line at stores
· Motivating & educating team for achieving individual as well as company desired goals.
· Giving regular feedback and information of our brand and competitive activity.
· Making accurate forecast of stock requirement and raising timely indent.
· Launching of innovative product in retail outlet for consumer benefit.
· Responsible for new outlet adding month on month.
· Follows format/report provided by the company.
