Job Description
- Meeting or exceeding revenue/volume targets for the region.
- Your initial target will be 20,000 sq.ft per month which may be amended from time to time depending on the market scenario.
- Appoint Dealers in Major or small towns as per the demand of the market and Negotiate rates with various fabricators, builders and other B to B clients and ensure high yields and support sales team to meets the targets.
- Work with key peers to identify and analyze gaps or improvement opportunities in our service portfolio, including proposing potential solutions.
- Build up a strong customer base, retaining existing or future clients and tap potential markets.
- Design & Implement strategies of the management for tapping unexplored avenues.
