Job Description

Sales planning and business development to develop relationships with multi-level contacts within the account base (Corporate/Institutional), across the breadth of their business, in support of planned activities.

Engage and manage backend team members, through the account/opportunity planning process.
Build positive internal relationships with individuals in departments that support the clientele.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Planning: Develop, implement and manage a Personal Sales Plan (PSP) that delivers sales targets. Regularly review the PSP with the Sales Manager.
Account Planning: To own the Client relationship and proactively extend Victory eSolution’s penetration both horizontally and vertically. Produce, where appropriate, a deal specific plan to ensure success. Identify the appropriate internal resource to support opportunity plans and acquisition goals. Agree and regularly review the opportunity plans and account reviews with the Sales Manager.
Relationships: Manage the development of multi-level contacts with the given set of account base (customers), across the breadth of their business in support of planned objectives. Build positive internal relationships with individuals in departments that support the customer.
Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of the growing Victory eSolution’s portfolio and ensure it is professionally communicated to the customers. Keep abreast with industry-wide issues, and those of customers, and how these translate into business needs. To be an industry expert regarding Victory eSolution’s recognized competitors and their likely strategies.
Forecasting/Reporting: Provide Victory eSolutions Management with sales and Account information within required timelines.
Development: Participate in regular 1 -2-1s with the Sales Manager to identify how performance may be enhanced. Agree and review business and development objectives with the sales manager. Establish and maintain a Sales Development Plan and agree, execute and evaluate development activities necessary to achieve results stated in the KRAs/KPIs.
Compliance: Represent Victory eSolutions in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. Follow the published Victory eSolutions brand standards at all times, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Debt Collection: To help in resolution of all outstanding customer debt, either directly or internally.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 0-3 years of Sales/Business Development experience having managed Institutional and Corporate Sales. Fresh graduates / MBA holders are also welcomed.
  • Track record of Account Management to Board Level.
  • Track record of accountability in delivering results.
  • Ability to sell into Corporates & Educational Institutions
  • Track record of previous New Business Sales.
  • Female Candidates are preferred.
EDUCATION:
  • Graduate/ Non Graduate from a recognized University.
  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess numerate and literacy skills required to effectively maintain project documentation.
