Job Description:
Key skills required for the job are:
- Test Automation-L3 (Mandatory)Selenium-L2 As a Senior Test Engineer you should able to devise Test Strategy, review test plan, traceability matrix and ensure usage of tools for optimization.
- You should be able to ensure the availability test environment, design test and defect reporting formats and manage the team.
- You should update project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure timely reporting and response to stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in IT industry with exposure to analysis, implementation and testing experience across different stages of SDLC
- 4+ years of experience in testing with hands-on experience of automation testing tools kills
- In-depth understanding of software testing methodology, including automation testing tools, writing testing scripts
- Good analytical skills with attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up of practice and procured for automation testing (functional and performance)
- Mentoring and grooming teams to establish Testing processing and procedure
- Implementing, integrating and configuring proposed Testing tools
- Writing Test scripts to automated Functional and performance testing
- Defining Best Practices and Processes to be followed
- Providing guidance to testing team for DevOps adoption
- Minimum work experience:3 - 5 Years
