- Well versed with testing processes
- Tester should be able to design business level scenarios
- Preparation of Testware : Create Test cases based on the BRD/FSDs/Use Cases/User Stories.
- Test Management / Defect Management Tool : Working knowledge of HP ALM or any other tool.
- Experience in Core banking applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be able to work as an smart individual contributor
