This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a software professional to join a highly entrepreneurial, collaborative organization that is looking to become a leader in the software Testing domain in Human Capital Management (HCM) space.Desired Experience & Job Responsibilities :-

Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Master of Computer Applications from an accredited institution, having consistent academic results (60% or above)

Total Testing experience of 0-2 years, having done projects in a mix of desktop and web-based applications.

Extensive knowledge in the software manual & database testing and having good exposure of the Automation Testing

Participate actively in functional, system and regression testing activities.-

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases & scripts.-

Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.-

Execute planned testing tasks & report defects and provide timely and accurate analysis of findings.-

Prepare all reports related to testing carried out.-

Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.-

Work closely with the development team and within QA team to analyze, debug and resolve any issues.-

Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, documentation review-

Communicate effectively all the findings with Reporting manager.

Utilize analytical skills in determining the root cause of problems-

Demonstrates ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements (such as urgent customer problems). Deliverable reviews have few actions.-

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.-

Work with the Reporting manager to understand the testing of specific connector. Test different aspects of connector like functional testing, non-functional testing (performance, stress, longevity etc). Test connector both on UI and run time aspects.
