Job Description
BUSINESS HEALTH :
1. Lead Test Ride Operations for Ola Electric at City Level.
2. Actively set individual and team objectives for field executives i.e. Brand Champions.
3. Lead in the planning, implementation, and follow up of TR vehicle preparation, operational tasks and projects including, but not limited to vehicle movement coordination with Warehouse, delivery schedule, monitoring, vehicle repairs, ensure timely vehicle servicing and maintenance.
4. Work collaboratively to enhance customer experience.
5. Maintain constant focus on improving the Ola Electric TR & delivery experience.
ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
1. Monitor daily Test Rides and deliveries, analyze reporting metrics, and actively review information with your Manager.
2. Analyze Past Test Ride Bookings, City Demand Patterns, Brand Champion Performance, Customer Complaint
3. Recommend Solutions to enhance better Customer Experience, improve and Optimise Test Ride operations and Reduce Costs
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
1. Responsible for ensuring all Brand Champions provide best in class experience to customers.
2. Proactively mediate and resolve any customer concerns regarding vehicle readiness, safety, quality and Brand Champion behaviour.
3. Empower and guide employees through challenging situations to make decisions in the customers- best interest.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
1. Manage team roster to ensure productivity and availability as per demand.
2. Support, implement and provide follow-up for all training
3. Continually evaluate the performance of each team member and provide constant feedback to drive results
4. Resolve all people and safety issues in a timely and effective manner
