Job Responsibilities:

Creation Of Pnr & Issuance Of Ticket Across Domestic & International Bookings.
Re-Issuance & Revalidation Of A Ticket With Reference To The Date Change For Domestic & International Bookings.
Ticket Issuance To Be Done Based On Deals & Agreement With Airline/Supplier.
Cancel And Refund All International Bookings Requested By Direct Cancellation Through Customer Login Or By Calling Customer Service Of Clear-Trip.
Verify Exact Nature Of Cancellation Request Full, Partial Sector, Split Pax , Amended , No Show , Full Refund.
Exception Cases Like Visa Rejection , Medical And Death Cases. .
Once The Cancellation Process Is Completed, The Screenshot Needs To Be Captured Confirming The Same.
Refund To Be Computed Depending On The Nature Of Cancellation As Pt.2.Common Action Items Across All Processes.
