Key Deliverable:
- Responsible for Institutional Sales,HoReCa Sales, Channel Sales.
- Achieving sales and business growth by inputting Market experiences and knowledge.
- Sales Planning.
- Develop relationships with vendors.
- Demonstrate company products and solutions.
- Distribution Strategy, Vendor development
- Key Account Management.
- Covering Key Catering Services,Hospitals, Canteen, Top Bakeries.
- Involvement in Promotional Activities. - AHAR, etc.
- Handling area Network in desired territory.
- Train and motivate customers and giving Training & Demos at Customer point.
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales.
- Market analysis, drawing business proposition, establishing business & service partners
- Initiated new Projects and develop new and existing key and other accounts in the territory
- Accountable to deliver business objectives and sales target for the territory
- Managing the distribution system in the territory
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction level by providing best in class service
Required Candidate profile :
- Education:- BE/ B.Tech/M.Tech- M.Sc/B.Sc MBA (Marketing) optional
- Experience :-Min 3+ yrs of experience in Chemical Sales, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Channel Sales.
