Job Description
Job Profile for Tool Crib Engineer
- Issue daily requirement of tools for various departments
- Update daily tool issue in SX
- Report daily stock to all concerned
- Review min/max status of Inventory
- Create tool order request forms
- Receive and Inspect all goods & tools, check for all quality parameters, quantity and any damages in transportation
- CNC / VMC machining & Knowledge of cutting tools presetting
- Send tools for Regrinding, Recoating and Replating
- Generate monthly tool consumtion reports and forward to all concerned
- Maintain discipline in Tool Crib.
