Job Description
Experience/Knowledge expected :
Designing and manufacturing new tools, maintain old tools, attend breakdown and production issues
Leading product development of new electronic products
Handling teams in design/manufacturing/fitting/tool trial function.
Experience in manufacturing compression mould, Thermoset Injection mould, Thermoplastic Injection mould, Transfer mould, Multicavity moulds and Die casting dies, all kinds of press tools, manufacturing and assembly of new tools and maintaining tools.
Budgeting tools, procuring full tools, managing cost and time, control of tools.
Handling Plastic part costing, cost optimization, wastage reduction, Product costing, forecasting, planning for production cost, optimization and implementation. Product development, prototying, Tooling, fixturing and line setup.
Complete financial control of tool room, MIS, recruiting for expansion, cost control of moulds, SAP integration.
