Brief description :

• Handling the entire CG Floor in the technical matters specific to the running Projects.
• Guiding the Team Leads to tide over the technical hurdles.
• Trouble-shooting of technical issues in the pipeline with the help of R&D Team.
• Handling the project-wise production related issues.
• Communicating with Clients/Overseas Directors/Overseas Supervisors with regard to technical feasibility, etc. for completing requirements.
• Holding technical production meetings during and before the start of production.
• Forecasting the technical hurdles if any and inform to CG Producer for corrective actions.
• Updating the status daily during the morning meetings meant for Previews and Reviews.
• Need to be constantly in touch with the Technology Group so that the technical efficiency of the pipeline is reviewed and improved.
• Ensuring the technical requirement for achieving the desired specific results of a show need to be proposed and executed in advance so that the Technology Group is well prepared for those tasks.
• Certifying the Assets technically for use in the pipeline as and when required for all the shows depending on the creative requirements.
• Budgeting Man-hours for new projects.
