Brief description :

• The role of the Studio Manager is ensure that the entire floor is working efficiently when it comes to Productivity, Discipline, Professionalism and the smooth functioning of the Studio Floor.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Ensure productivity of every individual and each and every Team on the floor.
• Get closely involved in setting the targets for every team working along with the 3D Production Head.
• Get closely involved with the 3D Head and the Producers while setting the team/resources for each project.
• Get closely involved in movement of Artists across the projects when needed and when unavoidable.
• Identify the low-performing individuals whether it is Artists or Leads, and ensure that they are either improving or replaced.
• Closely interact with IT Team and ensure that the technical requirements are met for properly extracting the best from the artists.
• Ensure that every Administrative Lead of each department follows strict discipline.
• Have thorough monitoring on the working hours put in by the Artists/Leads of the entire floor.
• Work closely with the Studio CG Supervisor and ensure that the workflow is smooth and intervene if required.
• Report any potential bottle-necks in the technical pipeline well in advance to the GM Toonz Studios/Senior Management
• Judiciously analyse and report the Productivity and Disciplinary matters to GM Toonz Studios/Senior Management
